Style Idol: FKA twigs

FKA twigs’ original sound and style has taken the showbiz world by a storm. The Gloucestershire girl has allready made some pretty impressive accolades, with her album EP2 gaining praise from both Pitchfork and BBC’s Sound of 2014- as well as a prestigious Mercury Prize nomination for her album LP1. Her music has been described as "the UK's best example to date of ethereal, twisted R&B”. The artist is also unique in terms of style- her look has been picked up by both Elle and ID magazine alike. Twigs appears to have a strong penchant for the 90’s- favouring tough girl boots (Dr. Martens and Timberlands in particular), simple crop tops and high waisted Levi’s.
